What You Will Receive:

• An e-book vocabulary list for students enrolled in the 30-hour course.

Terms and Conditions for Online Courses:

1. Introductory Consultation: A complimentary 20-minute introductory consultation is available before course enrollment.
2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at least one week prior to the commencement of the course.
3. Scheduling: The student is expected to schedule and attend regular sessions each week, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in advance.
4. Rescheduling: Both the student and the instructor must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling any session within the same week. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances.
5. Forfeiture of Hours: If a session is rescheduled more than twice, it will be considered canceled, and the student will forfeit that hour.
6. Course Validity: Refer to the course description for validity details. Extensions may be granted upon request with valid justification.
7. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Please note that once a course is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
